新疆博湖县白鹭洲风景旅游区开发项目

项目概述：白鹭洲风景旅游区位于博斯腾湖南岸，西与博湖扬水站相邻，南北宽1公里，东西长10公里，规划总面积10平方公里，游览面积20平方公里。该区依山傍水，洲上花草繁茂，红柳成荫，水鸟翔集，白鹭比翼，常有野生动物出没，自古就是一处水草丰美，珍禽繁育的宝地，有着十分优美的自然景光。景区由龙马出海、那达慕村、沐浴西海、双湾竟秀、白鹭洲头、金海湾等六个相对独立的小区构成，目前已开发建设双湾竟秀、白鹭洲头、金海湾三个景点已具备初步接待能力。

    项目建设内容：水上冲浪、潜水、水上俱乐部；赛马、摔跤、射箭、马术及民族歌舞等民族体育活动；沙滩排球、沙滩足球、沙滩摩托车、湖滨游泳、沙滩日光浴、沙疗及滑沙滑翔等娱乐和美食文化活动项目。

    项目总投资：5000万元。项目建成后，预计年接待游客50万人次，按人均消费30元，年旅游直接收入1500万元，年获利润1050万元。

Egret Continent Landscape Resort Development

Project of Xinjiang Bohu County

Description of project: Bailuzhou Scenic Spot is at south bank of Bostan Lake, bordering upon Bohu pumping station westwards. It is 1 km wide from north to south, and 10 km long from east to west with total planned area of 10 km² and visiting area of 20 km². It has been a treasure place with luxuriant vegetation, waterfowl circling in the air, aigrette flying wing to wing, flush float grass and precious birds since ancient time. The scenic spot consists of six relative independent subzones including Dragon Launching out Sea, Nadam Fair Village, Bath in West Sea, Double Bay Contesting Beauty, Aigrette Standing at Head of Shoal and Golden Gulf. Nowadays three scenic spots have been developed and have had preliminary reception capacity, which are Double Bay Contesting Beauty, Aigrette Standing at Head of Shoal and Golden Gulf.

    Construction contents of project：Overwater surfing, diving, aquatic club；folk sports such as horse racing, wrestling, toxophily, horsemanship and  folk song and dance etc; recreation and luxury food cultural activity items of  sand beach volleyball, sand beach football, sand beach motorcycle, shoreline swimming sand beach insolation, sand therapy, and sand sliding etc..

    Total investment of project: 50 million yuan. After the project is built up, it is estimated that the annual visitor reception will be 500000 person times, calculating according to consumption per capita 30 yuan, the annual direct tourism income will be 15 million yuan, the annual profit will be 10.5 million yuan.

    Present situation of project implementation: The accumulated invested funds to the scenic spot has been 110 million yuan, which has been used in infrastructure construction such as water, electric, road, and communication etc..
